David Lee (born September 14, 1986), better known by his stage name "GMD Babydave", is a german-american hip hop recording artist, songwriter and producer. Inspired by rappers like "The fat Boys", "Mc Hammer", "2 Live Crew", "Too Short" and further more, Babydave started early with hip hop at the age of 5. A few years later by the age of 17 he signed his first contract and released his first german underground rap tape. He won many street rap battles and built up a reputation in his scene. Since then, a lot of german producers, rappers and singers took notice of him and his music. 2012 - 2013 were big years for Babydave. He went on tour with "Kaan", a Rapper from Turkey and they were the opening acts for "Pitbull", "LMFAO", "Mario Winans" and "Hadise". By now, he owns the record label "EURO MONEY MUSIC" and established himself as an international artist with mainly english lyrics.
