Kurze Frage, wie ihr die folgende Mail einschätzt:
Dear Customer,
Sega’s video games may contain intellectual
property rights owned by third parties which means that we cannot give
explicit permission to users to upload game footage for all of our
titles.
Sega may issue take-down notices with respect to its own
properties where such properties are used unlawfully, inappropriately or
in any manner which brings the name of Sega, its affiliated companies,
or certain third parties into disrepute. Sega reserves its right to take
legal action in these circumstances.
If you find that your video is removed then we would recommend getting in touch directly with our community team at communityteam@sega.com as they will be able to help assist you further.

Grund:
Ich habe vor ein Spiel von SEGA zu Let's Playen und habe bei denen angefragt.
Jetzt bin ich mir nicht zu 100% sicher ob dies auch eine Duldungserklärung ist, da ich aus der Mail nur entnehmen kann, dass sie keine Erlaubnis geben irgend etwas hoch zu laden wegen Rechten von anderen ( Musik, Fotos würde ich sagen) und wenn was hochgeladen wird, von Ihnen nur etwas unternommen wird wenn der Inhalt im zusammenhang mit etwas anstößigem auftaucht/ hochgeladen wird, das heisst ich Hetze/ beleidige/ Urteile etc.
Alles in allem habe ich dass nur gepostet um zu fragen was ihr davon haltet
Ich sehe es als indirekte Duldungserklärung, solange ich mich an die Regeln halte (was für mich selbstverständlich ist)
Ps: es geht hier nicht ums monetarisieren!
