Defekt: Automatische Hinzufügen von Videos zu einer Playlist per Regel

Hallo zusammen,

leider gibt es wohl derzeit eine Störung, die mehrere YouTuber betrifft: Das automatische Hinzufügen von Videos zu einer Playlist per Regel funktioniert seit ca. 14 Tagen nicht mehr.

Ich und ein andere YouTuber sind derzeit dabei, dem YT-Creator-Team mit Screenshots, Videos und Feedback bei der Fehlersuche zu helfen. Leider bisher ohne Erfolg, daher wurde das Problem wurde an die Technik weitergegeben bzw. mein Ticket wurde dorthin eskaliert.

Sobald ich Neuigkeiten habe, werde ich sie hier im Forum und auf Twitter/Facebook posten.

I received an update from our internal team with regard to your issue. They have advised that your channel also need to meet the 10,000 subscribers count as part of the eligibility requirement for the program which is why you receive the message when you try to access the program.

I’ve consulted with our technical team, and they confirmed there is a technical issue affecting playlist. The engineers are hard at work and will implement a solution as soon as they find the fix.

Unfortunately, at this point we don’t have a timeline on when the problem will be fixed, but I’ll keep you up to date as we have more information.

Jepp, sehe ich genauso.

Und bei mir wurde dann auch gestern auf einmal das automatische hinzufügen "aktiviert". Hoffentlich nicht nur einmalig. Mal schauen, wie es sich heute verhält (wenn die nächste Folge rauskommt).

So ein kurzes Update: Alles soll wieder funktionieren. Kann ich für meinen Kanal auch bestätigen. *endlich*
